Amazing ocean views.

The poolside service was exceptional, and the opportunity to have fresh coconut water delivered was a delightful surprise. Relaxing on the hammocks while enjoying the ocean views made my stay truly memorable.

I was absolutely appalled by the broken safe in my room and the worn-out fixtures that looked filthy. And how ironic that I found pizza boxes in the suite I paid so much for? A welcome gift or a room upgrade would have been nice. I almost left a good review, but just couldn't.

Snorkeling in the crystal-clear waters was fantastic! The kids loved running around the beautifully kept garden and the friendly staff treated our pets like family, making it feel like a real home away from home.

On top of that, I discovered some pizza boxes left behind from previous guests. It didn’t help that the check-in process felt a bit rushed and left me confused about some of the amenities. The views made up for many things, but room cleanliness definitely needs to be heightened, and upgrading some of the furnishings would make the experience even better. Dining options were a bit limited, too, which was a downside if you wanted variety.
